Estuary and Ocean Safaris
ABOUT our Estuary and ocean Safaris
The town of St. Lucia is privileged to be surrounded by water. To the east, one finds the inviting Indian Ocean, while to the west lies the St. Lucia Estuary. This rich aquatic environment distinctly defines the area as a wetland. The region draws individuals from diverse backgrounds; whether you are a fisherman or an avid birdwatcher, there is an experience suited for everyone. Temperatures throughout the year remain moderately warm to hot, ensuring that visitors can fully enjoy the water even during the winter months.

The activity is now regulated, with permits granted to designated concession holders. Participants can choose from a variety of boat options, ranging from larger vessels that offer expansive views over the treetops to smaller, more intimate boats.
